Supported files: DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, PDF, PNG, JPG. 2D DWG files are converted automatically (up to 15 MB). PDF and image uploads require tracing and a known dimension before quoting. 2D files should contain part outlines only (no dimensions or title blocks). 3D STEP models are displayed in the viewer. Tube laser is suggested only for hollow round, square, or rectangular tube stock — flat plates stay on 2D sheet laser. Formed sheet metal STEP files are scanned for bend radii and can include brake labor.
